Key management systems come in two modes, mechanical and fully electronic systems.

The ELECTRONIC SYSTEM offers a choice of a key safe or an electronic peg containing a unique tracking device that can offer a complete audit facility of keys and valuable items.  This electronic system can be controlled using the most up to date biometric readers, electronic swipe cards or centralised control panel allowing each of the units to be monitored and controlled via the most up to date tracking systems either by internet or central station monitoring.
